We also collect usage data such as pages visited and device information to improve the platform.

Your information is used to deliver the services you request, assign a professional, communicate status updates, process payments, comply with legal obligations and improve our products. We send marketing communications only with your consent and you can opt out at any time.

3. Sharing with professionals and authorities

To complete a service, we share the necessary documents with the assigned licensed professional and file them with the relevant government authority (for example MCA, GSTN, the Trade Marks Registry). Professionals are bound by confidentiality obligations and access is logged.

4. Data security and retention

Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest with 256-bit AES encryption. Access is role-based and monitored. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as required by law, after which it is securely deleted.

5. Your rights

You may access, correct or request deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing privacy@legaldevindia.com. We respond within 30 days in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
